In key account relationship development, we focus in dedicated teams in account penetration. Key projects are defined and promoted via various levels at customers side. This includes senior management, usually the Chairman, CEO or CTO level , project managers , purchasing managers , engineers and purchasing administrators. Dedicated customer specific seminars are conducted and in a number of cases joint development labs are established.
